I am currently editing a serious complaint about this firm
Due to the numerous replies I have received I am compiling a new page to contain them.
For immediate advice regarding ANY insurance ALWAYS ask "Who is the underwriters?" if the answer is "Allied Aliance" then be aware that if you make ANY cliam at all you will find it difficult and you will NOT get a fair payout!
Go somewhere else!
DO NOT TAKE OUT INSURANCE IF THE UNDERWRITERS ARE ALLIED ALLIANCE
